SPECTRUM Savvy provides bespoke training which seeks to help you bring out the best in autistic people in your community, whether that be a work place, leisure centre user or a perhaps for a group of parents. Spectrum Savvy will tailor the session to meet the needs of that particular community.
Spectrum Savvy believes that while autism is classified as a disability, for many autism is a different way of thinking that, in the right conditions, can be an employable advantage. By learning how to get working conditions right, we can reduce some disabling elements of autism and bring out the best in your current and future autistic workforce. Example services include:

What is your availability? Availability is limited however Nicola can provide training services during the evenings, weekends and school holidays.

These session are aimed at adults responsible for making reasonable adjustments for people wth autism, in a typically mainstream setting. These sessions are tailored to the needs of your workplace and aim to build understanding of employees on the autistic spectrum.
This course is aimed at management teams, line managers and mentors who may be working with employees on the autistic spectrum.
The price includes:
· Up to 30 minutes pre session consultation
· Up to 1 hour developing content to suit your setting
· Up to 3 hours interactive session delivery
Suitable for 4-20 participants
Examples of community based events:
(Please note that if there are not enough sales to cover costs, the event will have to be cancelled before the venue requires payment).
45 pence per mile charged for work carried out outside of a 30 mile radius of NG18. £80 charged for over night stays.
The majority of our bespoke community based sessions are paid for by each participant purchasing their tickets via Helm Tickets.
However when training is provided for an organisation, SPECTRUM Savvy will invoice you 2 working days after the service has been provided. Please make payments to the account number provided within 30 days.
Due to the bespoke nature of SPECTRUM Savvy services, there will be a fee charged for any cancellations made up to 14 days before the booking is due to take place. The fee is 50% of the price listed. This covered loss of earnings and payment for preparation time.
If Spectrum Savvy needs to reschedule your workshop session, you will receive a 20% discount off of the rescheduled booking.
